Flat Stanley visited Seattle, Washington.  It rains over 36 inches a year so Flat needed a raincoat.

The Tulip Festival had just begun in the Skagit Valley.

Flat Stanley went to  Whales Day on Whidbey Island.

Flat got to visit some friends in Seattle.

There was lots to see in Seattle.

Flat Stanley took a train to Oregon.

The beach was really nice in Oregon.
